Privacy and enquiries

This page explains what happens to information you submit through this website.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, nationality, move-in date and accommodation preferences. You can also provide your university and a message. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the message.

The landlord form asks for contact and property details. You may also attach property images and add remarks. Please upload property images only when you are permitted to share them with Acomodo.

How your enquiry is used

We use your details to review your accommodation request, check availability and contact you about next steps. The website sends your enquiry to the Acomodo team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. Your email address is included so the team can reply to you. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room or make a payment.

Landlord submissions are emailed through Resend to Acomodo's rentals team at rentals@acomodo.in. Uploaded images are re-encoded for email delivery. Submitting the form does not create or publish a property listing.

Storage and service providers

This website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Enquiry emails are processed by Resend and the team's email service. Website hosting and delivery services also process technical request information needed to serve pages and protect the service.

Confirmation cookie

After a booking enquiry is accepted for email delivery, we set a confirmation cookie that expires after one hour. It contains your enquiry reference and an expiry time, not your contact details. It lets this browser display the confirmation page and is not used for advertising.

Contact us about your information

For questions about your enquiry, how long email records are kept, or requests to access, correct or delete information you have provided, contact bookings@acomodo.in.

External contact links

Choosing WhatsApp or an email link opens another service. Information you share there is also handled under that service's privacy terms.
